On behalf of Expert Village, this is Dan Kelly with Keller Williams Realty here in Miami Shores, Florida. I'm with the Kelly White Team, and today we're going to tell you how to buy a house. In this area that I deal with as a realtor, we have single family homes, we have condos, and we have townhouses, so I think it's really specific to get an agent who really specializes in the condo market, single family home, or townhouses because the difference between a condo and a single family home is a whole bunch of different paper work. A whole different bunch of different questions needing to be asked the homeowners association fees, maintenance fees. There's usually an application fee to even fill out a contract and submit it to the board. We're talking about a whole different can of worms, so it's really important to find an agent who's really specifically deals in town homes, condos, or single family homes, because all three totally different bag of tricks are involved there.
