Get What You Want Buying a House
On behalf of Expert Village, this is Dan Kelly with Keller Williams Realty here in Miami Shores, Florida. I'm with the Kelly White Team, and today we're going to tell you how to buy a house. Okay, now this is up to you. When you're looking for your house, you have to know what you're looking for. That means you have to sit with your significant other, talk about your budget, talk about number of bedrooms, talk about location, talk about school districts. The more that you know what you want, the easier it's going to be to find what you want. There's so many houses on the market today, you really need to help yourself and help your realtor narrow that search down so you're not looking blindly at 75 homes. If you can be really tight on your criteria, your realtor's going to narrow it down for you. You're going to box it in. You'll be looking at 6, 7 houses. You can have 6, 7 winners, and one of them is going to end up your perfect dream home. It happens a lot with me. I'll show 3 homes and the buyer will say my God, they're perfect. There has to be more out there. But we do the sit down by our consultation so I know exactly what they're looking for and we find that house in one day.
