Hi! This is John on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip I will be talking about our garage project. In the beginning of our garage project we had masonry block walls what we did we framed in those walls and we put up insulation. The reason for doing this is that in the winter the garage gets really really cold and this would really help keep it a little bit warmer. In addition to insulating the walls there would be new garage door installed. The next thing that we did was put up the dry wall and this allows us to have a surface we can finish. After putting up the dry wall we need it to mud and tape to make the dry wall to look smooth across the entire wall. Once that was finished we had to prime the wall to get ready for the paint. We put two coats of paint on the walls which gave it a nice solid looking color. After that we painted the ceiling which really made everything look brand new and lastly we build this storage unit which really help organize things and free up some garage space.
