How to Install Support Posts for your Garage Shelves

Hi! This is John on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip I will be showing you how to install our support post. First we need to measure to the top of our top shelf, which is 6 feet 72 inches; and that is what I'm going to cut my support post to. Next I'm going to place my first support post right in front of that front board and I'm going to screw it to that board. I'm going to install my second post 4 feet away from the first post, my next post would be 4 feet away from this post and my last post would be 4 feet away from that post as well. Once all of our support post has been installed we are ready to spread our front from our back.
