Video Card Basics

Hi I'm James Adams I'm here on behalf of expertvillage.com and I'm going to proceed to explain about video cards for everybody else. If you don't play games and all you need is one for like really basic gaming or just to speed up your machine because it is old you can get one of these cards and it would work just fine. So in the video side of the manufacturing options we have the this is a old cards you could probably find them on E-bay for 20 dollars. So if you have a old machine you want to put 20 dollars into it, it is a good upgrade it would speed up the video. But, if your machine is way to old it won't do anything just kill it. But, the G force series G force three and G force four series which are good for basic really really basic gaming and it would take the load out of the processor and speed up your machine. Depending on what you are doing and what kind of processor and different circumstances on your machine. It depends how much of a impact it would do. Then there is the G force 5000 series which is good. You could run some of the modern games with it but, you are not going to run every single one of them. If you are looking on buying a 5000 series if they are charging you more then 50-60 bucks they are trying to rip you off. Just don't pay anymore then what you have to for the video card. On the ATI side we have the 7000 and the 8000 series which are older but, they are still good for really basic gaming and they would do they would speed up your machine just like the N vita take the load out of the CPU and stuff and then there is a 9000 series. The 9000 series will actually play a lot of the modern games but newer games that are coming out are not supporting it just like the Nvita 5000 series newer games are not supporting them they require more powerful cards. But, the 9000 and the 5000 will play a lot of games available today. But, just like the 5000 series don't pay anymore then 50-60 bucks for them. You could probably go on E-bay or Craigs list and you could find a cheap cheap video card for your computer and it will help you out.
