How to Perform a Basic Leg Triangle in Mixed Martial Arts

Greetings! My name is Grand Master John Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy Systems, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a Mixed Martial Artist. I am going to demonstrate a basic leg triangle lock from the ground. For whatever reason, your leg comes here and your opponent has gotten past your full guard. The trick is to get the thigh on the side of the neck so you could block off the air in the blood supply. The arms should come across the side of the other neck locking this in like so, scooting you back up pulling and squeezing. Don’t surprised if it takes a second. This one sneaks up on you. Sometimes it’s instant and sometimes it’s asleep and that’s that.
