This is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness & Self Defense Miami, Florida bringing you some classes on children’s functional training on behalf of Expert Village. Now, for functional fitness we’re going to do again interval training. He’s going to sprint, but this time with a household tire; a tire that you have from you car that you left in your garage. Put a rope to it and he’s going to sprint back and forth, then he’s going to take a break after he does a few sprints. Ready, go. Come on, full, full, full, turn, that’s it, that’s it, run, run, breathe, come on, come on, don’t stop Johnny, come on, faster, faster. One more, one more, come on you can do it, one more then you’ll rest. Good job, good job, good job.
