Hi! This is Paul Louis Muller your neighborhood Realtor, you can find me on the web at http://callpaul.yourkwagent.com, there’s no www in that address folks, on behalf of expertvillage.com I’d like to welcome you. Here’s another tip on choosing the right Realtor. A good Realtor is going to have what we call a brokers open for your property. I’m going to explain what a brokers open is: it’s kind of like an open house, but it’s not open to the general public. It’s open to only Real Estate professionals. So your Realtor will put the call out to all of his associates at his company and also local companies, local Real Estate companies, inviting all those agents to come in and check out this property, this wonderful property, your property that he now has listed. And it’ll basically invite them in, it’ll be like an open house, it’ll have some hors d'oeuvres, maybe some soda, some nice music playing in the background, the place will look nice, they’ll make sure of that, they’ll coordinate that with the seller and it’s basically showing your property to all the other Realtors out there, letting them know hey I got this property out here bring your buyers, here it is ripe for the picking.
