I want to talk a little bit about education. A lot of Realtors, they continue to go on practicing Real Estate and they really don’t know what’s going on as far as the latest things in Real Estate, and it’s vital that you choose a Realtor who maybe works for a company that provides ongoing classes. Now I’m lucky because I work for a company like that; some agents don’t have that luxury at the companies that they work for. Also again Realtors have luxury of belonging to a Real Estate Association and usually their locate board has ongoing classes and the latest things regarding Real Estate. So that’s what you want, you want a Realtor who knows what’s going on in the market, who knows what’s going on in your area, well basically is knowledgeable and can answer your questions for you: that’s what you want in a Realtor.
