On behalf of expertvillage.com I’d like to welcome you. You know a lot of times when we’re choosing a Realtor, it can be a very, very difficult process because a lot of times, especially for new home sellers, sellers are not educated as far as what to look for at a qualified Realtor to list your property. So I’m going to share some things that I’ve learned over the past few years that I’ve been a Realtor: I’ve learned these things in seminars, I’ve learned these things in classes, ongoing classes at my company, I’ve learned these things from mentors and associates, and also on my own through trial and error.
