Mixed Martial Training Techniques for your Cardiovascular System

Greetings! My name is Grand Master Jean Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy System, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a mixed martial artist. In order to get to the cardiovascular that you need to obtain, training is very important. Starts the heart rate going, gets your adrenaline pumping and gets you ready. We usually go again for pushups. We usually do a series of sets of pushups. Where again it gives you the strength and cardio that you need; into abdominal. Doing such routines one after the other is called super setting.
