Hi, I’m Melisa Brown. You can visit me on the web at www.uneedamassage.us. What we are going to be doing now is we are going to be opening a side of the shoulder and we are going to be opening up the hips a bit. I am going to be picking up outside of the leg. I’m picking up her ankle and I am picking up her wrist, more for balance that anything else. I am standing straight up and I am picking up the leg. Relax your leg, relax your hip and I am stepping very lightly. I am not putting any pressure here whatsoever. What I am doing is leaning toward my outside shoulder. I am giving the quad to stretch and at the same time I am opening up the shoulders. Now I am going to be putting down one leg and the arm and I am going to pick up the other. Very very lightly you need a little bit of balance here I am going to be picking up this leg and going to be leaning towards her head and I am going to be stretching her quads as well. Now there is basically no weight whatsoever; on my foot that is on her lower back. I am going to do this on both sides and after I do that, I am going to pick up both by the angles and relax your hips, relax your knees and I going to put hip this way too. This is like wheel barrel.
your massages work great thanks, i do have a question though. for the longest i have had a weird problem with my upper back. when i am relaxed in a sitting position or laying down, my back makes this somewhat loud cracking sound. you can hear it and feel it if you place your hand against my back. its kind of close to my spinal cord, more so on the left side of it. i do have minor Scoliosis. it doesnt really hurt me, just irritating at times....... i mean this thing is redundant. every tim i inhale in a relaxed position, or just sitting it's snap crackle pop forever. if you know or can help me in anyway PLEASE DO! thanks for your time, you can reach me here or at www.cjackson@ddg74.navy.mil or hotbo86@yahoo.com thank you for the tips.
