Thai Massage Back Arch Stretch

Hi, I’m Melisa Brown. We are talking about Thai-massage. For those of you that are a little bit more adventurous we can do something a little bit more adventurous, more daring. I am putting my knees together sitting in between her legs; I’m putting both of my knees and her glutes probably around the middle. What I am going to do is going to ask her to put her hands behind her. I don’t want to resemble this to anything else other than Thai-massage. I am going to pick up the shoulders. If you can please put your chin on the mat and take a deep breath. I’m grabbing the front of the shoulders. Now exhale and down. We are going to do this two more times. Inhale and exhale. This is great for your ribs opening up if you just had a cold. It is wonderful because it is just opening up your ribs, your lungs and giving yourself a space also wherever your shoulder might be and very gently I am going to replace the arms because you can really hurt someone then. I am going to compress, the arms going back up. Just this alone is so relaxing and coming back down doing all types of compressions, moving all the way back down to the feet. Then I can press the feet again.
