Continuing on with the feet and the thighs, I am going to be picking up the feet. I am going to open up the legs about shoulder width and putting both feet together I am going to lean in. I am not pushing it in with my whole body. I am just leaning in towards the buttocks also known as the glutes. Somebody that is very flexible like Ricky I can open up a little bit wider and going to go further in. This is a great stretch for your quads. I am going to lay the foot down in the back of the knee, bend this over toward the glutes and I am going to pick up the knee. The way to pick up the knee is just press down on the foot and I am going to pick this up as far as they will allow you. I do this on both sides, changing my arrangement, pressing down towards the glutes so I can pick up the knee and stretch. I am going to be doing the same thing again. Just pressing down. It is a great quad stretch. You can do this several different heights and several different times. They can also cross the feet and press down on the toes and then change the cross, press down on the toes. See you in the next minute.
