Hi, I’m Melisa Brown and thank you. This is Thai Massage. With my client faced, up I am going to take the knee bring it up and cross over the foot. I am going to press on the outside of the thigh just above the knee and I am going to be holding down the shoulder just to stabilize them and all I am doing is leaning forward. Just leaning forward. If you feel like you are engaging your back too much then put your foot up in front and that way you are not going to be hurting your back so much. Now in Thai-Massage what we do is we say if you can’t do one thing, do a thousand while you are here. So while I am here I am going to press on the IT band on the side of the thigh. I am going to be doing that with butterfly hands. There is also a hollow right here on the hip and if you feel for it you can go in there with just a corner of your hand and you can go and press. That feels really nice. Horrible isn’t it. It’s wonderful. Now all these moves I am doing on one leg we are always going to be doing the same thing on the opposite side so we are just doing one leg right now. I am going to bring that around and if that wasn’t enough, we are going to see you in the next minute.
