Hi my name is Kensey Snyder on behalf of Expert Village. We’re going to talk about the setting of the golf club. After we have moved past our take away position into here, we’re simply going to start taking the club up in this fashion. It’s not a fashion where you’re too much over here or too vertically up and down, so what we want to do is we want to get it into here and continue turning our chest, our sternum, as well. Our hands are more in the center of our chest and as we move from here to here, you see the club is starting to set the position up into here. I have an angle of 90 degrees between the club shaft and my left arm, now one common mistake I see many amateur golfers making is this. we want to get our hands pushed away, this in a fairly straight, it doesn’t have to be locked rigid, but more in a straight fashion here with the hands 90 degrees in this way. If we have a proper grip it’s going to help us get there, so from here we’re able to move on to the next step which we’ll talk about in a second.
Have to say your tip on keeping the right palm facing up on the down swing solved my slice was having a problem with the driver but that swing thought on keeping right palm facing up solved it, best golf instruction video I've seen and believe me I have all the Dave Leadbetter DVDS thanks for the tip five stars.
