All right we are back with the coconut shrimp dipping sauce and at the very last minute what we added was some white wine vinegar because we needed an acid element to kind of cut through all the sweetness and I actually ground some sea salt in there too at the last minute and just swirled that in there. You don't really have to use a whisk or a spoon or anything like that. The salt in conjunction with vinegar went on ahead and cut through and made a really nice flavor for us. So its going to be kind of hard to dip into the sauce with all the solids and such in it. So what we are going to do is just pour it through a strainer and I've got a little ramekin on the bottom to catch it. This will make a real nice pretty dipping sauce for our coconut shrimp and the flavors herein this sauce actually will work really nice with a Cornish game hen or fried chicken fingers which we showed you on another video as well. I am going to finish pouring the rest of this through and you may need to use a wooden spoon to push the rest through. For our intent and purposes, we've got enough in our ramekin there. This is a finished product all nice and pretty and it is ready to be dipped I guess with the coconut shrimp, so enjoy that.
