Securing a Kitchen Sink into the Counter
We are reinstalling a rebuilt sink into a vintage seventies cabinet. Once we get the sink in there, you want to get some little angled braces; this is a sink that doesn’t take clips. The stainless steel sinks will take clips, and they’re already on it, it’s real easy. You take these little braces, and you’re just going to slide it up into the sink, around it and then you’re going to install two screws coming forward. You’re going to repeat that process all the way around the sink. Just make sure that you’re corner brackets touch the sides of the sink. That’s going to hold it steady, but the tile will also hold it. That’s how you would secure your sink in a kitchen remodel.
