Healthy Kiwi Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This next smoothie I’m going to be using kiwi, because it has some properties that are very good for digestion and people that are suffering from ulcers or digestion; you may want to try using a kiwi. This is peeled, and then we’re going to add a banana. I’m going to add a little bit of cucumber, because cucumber has a nice cooling effect on the body and it’s very gentle. We will start off with 1 ½ cups of rice milk or any other milk that you want to use as your base. Put in the banana, a little cucumber and the kiwi. You know, cantaloupe is also another alternative; you can throw in some cantaloupe, that’s really good for your digestion as well. And pineapple or papaya. There are some other choice for you. So, we’ll start off low and we’ll go up to high. And there you have it.
