Tropical Recipes for Healthy Fruit & Vegetable Smoothies
Hi! Nili Nathan with Expert Village. This next smoothie has a tropical flavor to it. I’m going to be using mangos, frozen mangos. You start out with water, fresh bottled water; about 1 to 1 ½ cups. Then I’ll just grab a handful of my frozen mangos and put it right in the vita mix. There we go. A couple of scoops of vanilla yogurt or you can use frozen yogurt, that’s a great idea too. A little bit of agave nectar to sweeten it. Put this on, okay. Start off slow. And that’s it for a nice tropical smoothie with frozen mangos. It’s very cool and refreshing, you’re going to love this one.
