Healthy Blueberry Vanilla Fruit Smoothie Recipes
Hi! Nili Nathan with Expert Village. This next smoothie is a blueberry vanilla smoothie. I start off with fresh blueberries; you can use frozen ones if you want. For our base, I’m using vanilla soymilk; about 1 ½ cups. Then our blueberries. Of course, they’ve been washed and rinsed. A handful of ice cubes are optional. A little drop of vanilla extract and a little bit agave nectar and that’s it. Now, we’ll blend it up; start on low and work our way up. That is a gorgeous color. You see that. This makes a fun dessert smoothie when you’re entertaining as a predinner, nonalcoholic beverage.
