How the Kitchen Plumbing Works
Once you get all of your plumbing in. Now on this sink, the drain is set forward from the drains coming out of the sink because of the remodel. This inlet right here is going to go to the dishwasher on this side of the sink. We had to use a flexible hose here, because this part you cannot get. They don’t re-make it. We would have to replace the whole drain and we want to keep the old stopper in the sink. That’s what it would look like when you’re done. Always remember to put in a p trap to keep the sewer gases from coming back into your house. And that’s how you would install the drain plumbing in a kitchen remodel.
