Hello! I’m Marc Zee from Arizona Center of mixed martial arts. I’m here to demonstrate the triangle choke utilized in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’m here also to represent expertvillage.com. Go ahead guys. Alright. First off, the attacker is taking the defender to the ground. The defender is utilizing what is called guard. From the guard, he’s going to push one arm in, one leg is going to go over the shoulder. From there, he grabs on to his shin and moves to a t bone position and he grabs the back of the head. Okay, once again. Let’s say the guy on the top is going to throw a punch. He’s throws his punch. Good. He’s going to lock at the leg, he’s going to grab onto the shin. He’s going to move to a t bone position, then he’s going to lock the triangle choke. This choke was made famous in Lethal Weapon one. Mel Gibson uses it at the end of the fight. It was actually a fight sequence that was done by the Gracie family. So again, he’s going to throw a punch down, he’s going to shoot the leg up, grab on to the shin, utilize a t bone position, grab the back of the head, and finish the choke. One more time, do it slow, very slow. Shoot the arm through, leg comes around the neck, grabs the shin, pulls it tight into the pit of the knee, grabs the back of the head, pops the hips and finishes the choke. Thank you for joining us.
THIS IS THE EXACT PROPER WAY TO DO THIS MOVE AND SHOWING MULTIPLE TIMES AND DOING IT SLOWLY IS SO TEACHABLE TO AN AMATUER. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND
