Finishing Cooking a Fried Zucchini Recipe
Hi! I'm Louis Ortiz on behalf of Expert Village and we've just finished cooking some fried zucchini. So we fried it about 360 degrees and these are done so I am going to go ahead and pull these out of here and put them on our paper towel so that any of the residual oil will get pulled off. If you notice I laid these in there separate from each other so once they were submerged into the oil, they would actually float around and not stick to one another. Notice that we've got a nice even color there and a nice even breading. You don't want to actually be able to see the zucchini. That would have meant that some of the breading fell off and didn't do what we wanted it to. These have a nice good color on them and they smell nice and it was a relatively short cooking procedure. The breading and all that prep time is really what took time. The frying only took about a minute to be honest with you; 2 minutes max. So that's that and enjoy those!
