How to Do a Back Hip Circle in Kids Gymnastics

Hi! I’m Matt, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, we’ll be showing you a back hip circle. If you need some more information, go to lagymnastics.com. Timothy is going to help us today. First, you give me your feet. Similar to the pullover, which this starts with, you go chin to your stomach and you push up tall. Try to keep you hands a little bit closer. A little closer, good. Now, push up tall. Now, this is cast. Swing your legs 3 times. 1, 2, 3. He’s going the wrong way. This is called a back hip circle, you backwards. Like a pullover, but it starts on top of the bar and then you push up tall. One more time, so go 1, 2, 3, go backwards and push up tall. Okay, now to get down, you can go the reverse. First you lay on your belly. Lay on your belly, then you take you hands and you reach under the bar, and you flip over. Any day now, thank you.
