How to Do a Level 5 Compulsory Front Handspring in Kids Gymnastics

Hi! My name is Valentino Moutafov. On behalf of expertvillage.com, I will introduce you to level 5 compulsory vault, front-handspring. If you want to know more about it, please refer to lagymnastics.com. She needs to accelerate more as she comes closer to the spring board then punch really fast, reaching by her ears and show a big block and leaving the volt able by vertical. Sarah will try a second volt right now. Okay. This was a way slower and less powerful volt than the first one with less block and speed. The speed should definitely slow down as she approached the spring volt, which is like a huge reduction for compulsories. That way she didn’t have the sufficient block and height in distance pushing off the volt.
