If you want to know more about it, please refer to lagymnastics.com. India will demonstrate a level 5 tumbling pass, which is round off, two back hand springs, straight jump stick. She needs to do a nice and strong hurdle, finish in a hollow body position with hips rolled, feet in front. She needs to kick around the through hand stand, push explosive through her arms, fly low. Again, stretch for the back hand springs. Through hand stand with open shoulders position, without bending her arms. She needs to fly more backwards. Not flip them too much so they don’t look too archy and mushy. Then she needs to do a big straight jump at the end, and stick it.
