How to Blow dry a Cat After a Bath

I'm Carolyn I'm going to demonstrate on how to dry a cat with a hairdryer and you want it on low or whatever doesn't make a lot of noise for them because it would scare them to death. You want to make sure that it starts out on warm and even though this is going to be hot on your hand your hand is breaking it so you don't think that you are cooking them. See if you left that on for a long time it would. Start at the back and most people make the mistake of taking to mush hair. They go like that or like that. You see how you can't do that. You take just a few hairs in one hair. We want to dry the skin is what you think off and most people go like this and that hurts them. You see how that is hanging out. So you go or. It is kind of the same mistake we are making painting you know to much or two little. This is also how you comb them maintenance comb them. You know just don't get the comb and go. If you have a hairdryer you might want to set it up on a book you know to get a height. That is what I did until I got that one. I think this one is about $50 but it is really worth it. You could get a hairdryer for 10 so maybe you prop it up on a book. Yous see that I got very little hair in this comb. See how nice he is because we are not hurting him and we are not scaring him. You know he wouldn't act like this if we just didn't think about his feelings. If we just thought of him as bathing a cat I doubt that we could get it done. Most of them are very very cooperative. If feels good if you do it right. If they struggle make sure with your hairdryer they can breath cause this one has a higher speed. You see he can't breath with that. If you have one speed just set it back. Put it on the book and that was the only dry that I had for years was a little $10 hairdryer and you could make it work. This is a good time to do toenails because they are soft from the water.
