Sports Massage Therapy Techniques for the Feet

Hello this is Cherie Krieger on behalf of expertvillage.com. What we are going to show you today is sport massage concentrating on the lower exterminates. The foot is also very important when you are working on the calf of course it is all intertwine and you want to loosen the foot up by doing pulling techniques like such. Pulling up the muscles of the foot part and also some more knuckles going around in circular motions and the knuckles going down from the bottom of the foot into the heal. Next we are going to do some stretches with the foot. Pointing the toes down. Pointing the toes up. These are more stretches. Pointing the foot inward and holding the stretch and outwards and holding the stretch. Then you want to do some rotation to help with the mobility of the foot and the calf.
