Hi! Today we are going to show you how to make queso which is a Mexican American dish; Queso dip is also referred to. What I want to is start with all fresh vegetables and the fresh vegetables are the main component that is going to make this really nice and vibrant. On the shelf here, I've got some green bell peppers that I've chopped into just about a medium dice and I've got some fresh jalapeƱos here and some fresh Serrano peppers. I've got some yellow onions that I diced as well and some red bell peppers as well. Over here you will see some fresh garlic that I've also minced and we are not going to use all of these ingredients, all that you see here. We are going to kind of play it by ear but we will talk you through it in that regard. We've shown you how to sautee on a previous video which is what I am going to do with these ingredients. As you can imagine by using the fresh Serrano's and fresh jalapeƱo peppers, we've taken the seeds and the pit out of the inside. So it is going to up your sinuses a little bit once the heat is added to them. These are the first ingredients we want to start with and we want to get everything laid out. We'll come back here in a little bit and show you the sauteeing procedure for the vegetables for the Queso Dip.
