Hi! I’m Louis Ortiz on behalf of Expert Village and I’m back to show you the chicken strips that we’ve fried and they’re done. So I’m going to pop a lid and you can take a look at these guys and see what kind of color we got, now I breaded these with a three step breading procedure that I showed you in a previous video and the finished product should look like this. The last breading that I placed on these was a season bread crumb that has garlic and herb in it and you could of just as easily use straight flour again if you wanted, so you would dip them in the flour then the milk and the egg wash and then back in the flour again. But I like the crunchiness of the bread crumbs plus they’re seasoned and it just provides a much nicer texture and a nice color on these guys, so here’s the raw product before it was fried obviously the before and here’s the after and we got a nice even color on these guys. Again I cut those boneless skinless chicken breasts into even strips so that it’ll cut evenly for you and come out real nice and tender. So that’s the finished product and it’s time to enjoy them.
