Finishing Boiled Fettuccine for Homemade Pasta
Hi! I'm Louis Ortiz on behalf of Expert Village and we are back to show you the finished products of the made from scratch Fettuccine that we made. Again, it only took a couple of minutes because we used fresh pasta; we're not using dry pasta and I poured it through a strainer and I am going to go ahead and throw it into the bowl there so you can exactly what this looked liked. It's nice and fluffy, it stayed separated for us and a nice uniform color, uniform shapes. This should make a really nice batch of pasta and if you stick around, we are going to show you how to make a made from scratch Alfredo Sauce to toss these noodles in and make a really nice entree for you.
