Body Shot in Advanced Kickboxing

Hi, I’m Danny Hawk from the Normandy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida. Also President and CEO of Hawk’s Fight Wear. You can reach us online at HawksFightWear.com for all your martial arts needs. I’m going to demonstrate a body shot, left side, a body shot – right, bob, weave, hook, hook, over the top. It’s kind of an advanced boxing move that frees up the legs for other things. Here we go. Left foot forward, right foot back, in position. Hit - Over the body. Once again, into the body, into the body, hook to the head, hook to the head, bob, weave, and over the top with two hooks. Make sure you’re coming in on angles, pivoting the feet, pivoting the feet, drop the elbow for that angle, drop the elbow, coming over the top, coming over the top. Step your back, bob and weaving, and hook again. Left foot forward, right foot back. Hit – One more time, here we go. Left foot forward, right foot back. Bob and coming back with a hard combination to the head. A lethal combination if you use it correctly, another advanced move. Thank you.
