Hi! This is Hollie on behalf of Expert Village we’re going to talk today about eyeliner. Now daily wear eyeliner might seem a little heavy but for special occasion makeup you can really make a statement when you walk into the room. When using your eyeliner I suggest picking like a self sharpening pen one that you can use and it glides across the skin fairly easily, liquid liners are little more difficult but definitely has it’s pluses as well. Start at the corner of the eye and work your way across the eyelid you want to keep your eye taunt as you do this and by the thickness always lift up towards the end of the eye cause that gives you that nice awake look and lift it up and of course do both eyes and what I’m doing is just filling in I’m trying to squeeze it down to the lashes you don’t have like a skin look between your lashes and your eye. Now eyeliner can be worn on the bottom depending on your eye shapes, smaller eyes I would avoid the bottom but large beautiful eyes you want to bring them open you can definitely put liner all the way across the bottom, so always look up and you’re just doing the same thing but this time you’ll start from the outside corner and work your way in and that way you can tape her to that point on the inside corner. For real dramatic look you can take that liner into the bottom rim of the eye and if you do that that’s what I call the Hollywood eye and if you bring that line into the bottom make sure that you are not using a liquid liner it would really hurt your eyes and sting terribly if it got in there, so always use more of a pencil style if you’re bringing that liner into that lid which can give you a really dramatic look. Always taper and if you get a little smudge you can always use a q-tip to help clean it up.
