It's actually called a "teep"(in Muay Thai), or push kick, or foot jab followed by a left roundhouse, not a "hook kick" which is from Tae Kwon Do.

Stomp Kick Hook Kick Combination in Advanced Kickboxing

Hi, I’m Danny Hawk of the Normandy Gym right here in Miami Beach, Florida. Also, President and owner of Hawk’s Fight Wear. You visit us online at HawksFightWear.com for all your MMA needs. Okay the next combination I’m going to show you, is a kick combination, stomp kick followed by a hook kick to the side of the head. First a stomp coming from the left side in the mid section and then a hook kick to the left side, the right side is hurt, overhead – Stomp and kick. Back in position – Stomp and kick. Ready, be in balance to throw a punch combination afterwards. Left foot forward, stomp and that side kick. Make sure you pivot that foot and twist that hip, hands up – Stomp, step and up. Push it off. And that is called a kick made to hit the mid section, most of the side of the leg, it will bring your opponent down with another advanced move.
