Hi this is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com my website is lesliesack.com and the dance I'm teaching is the west coast swing. I'm teaching this is the ladies part for a lock whip. The footwork for you ladies is your going to walk forward this is 8 counts so you could learn the count as well. So its walk, lock, one under his arm, forward together, back, back, back, 7 and 8. So remember the counts 1,2,3 and 4,5,6,7 and 8. Get that. So all the step should be very equal distance all the same size steps. Try not to go big and big you want to keep them all just like you are strutting the whole time. Alright it is the sleepy dance so we got 1,2,3 and 4, 5,6,7 and 8. From this direction goes 1,2,3 and 4, 5,6,7 and 8. 1,2,3 and 4,5,6,7 and 8. Remember your attitude.
