Hi I'm Grady Johnson and I'm the producer of Strange Company and today I'm representing expertvillage.com. Okay with a little help from a friend here I have managed to flip over this platform. Now that is going to be a little more than one person can handle. Almost all the assembly we have done so far you could do by yourself but you are going to go ahead and get someone to help you flip it. Now if you find that it is two difficult for you to flip then you can try and put those to legs in later. If you do that then you could just crawl underneath it and it is a little easier to flip these in sections. So there is another way to do this I went ahead and got a friend to help me flip it. So what I'm going to do now I'm going to tighten it all up. We are going to pull this all together okay. What we are going to do is you see along here these long 8 foot sections. Now our distance here is going to be a little longer then 8 feet just because the way they came together because of our bolts but we are going to try to pull that all together and tighten it all up. Like putting braces all around the outside. This is the final thing that levels it out to. If some of your legs are a little to short or a little to long and it seems a little wobbly when you put this bottom board on here that is going to even that out for you. So that will be the next step. So follow with me so I'm going to go ahead and put that on right now. So we pop in the 8 foot sections first and then we are going to cut the end pieces to fit and that is looking good and once again I'm using my 3 inch screws for my 2x4s and give it a little bit of soap on the end of int and just pop that in there. Okay once we have all of these in place and we got our braces on the sides we are going to go ahead and make our cuts on the end. Again remember when we are making our cut we want to cut to the outside of that line. Okay we got that one in place now we are going to do the same thing for the back side and then this bottom is going to be completely framed and remember you don't have to really measure on this thing just lay that board down and frame it up and when you got it right just make your marking and make your cut it is going to fit perfectly just like this front one did. So I'm going to go ahead and move around the back and put that one in place. Okay now that we have the back rail on she is completely braced up and when it is braced like that it levels it out and it makes it really really solid and this is a really sturdy stage now that you could put a lot of weight on it.
I really enjoyed your video. I am going to make my daughter a stage but smaller. But, thanks for giving me all the hints available.
