Buying Non-Toxic Paint for Face Painting

Kathleen Wright from Kathena Body Art, Miami Beach, New York City, hennaparties.com. I wanted to talk to you a little bit about some more material before we get started with doing any samples today. Just keep in mind when you buy anything for face paint make sure that it’s first of all water base, number two that it’s safe for the skin and that it’s hypoallergenic and it should say that on most packages. If it’s not I recommend you picture that you look for the nontoxic label and do not buy it if it doesn’t say it. Cause a lot of children small children or adults are extremely sensitive to things. I’ve also found sometimes in art stores face painting products you can get in pen form which is a little easier when you’re doing young children because they’re running around like two years old, like my son I have to use these pens because by the time I do the brushes it’s all smeared around so that’s a little tip for that. But in general just keep very aware of your products so you don’t have anybody breaking out or giving you any kind of you know reaction from any of your paints.
