What is Maca? It's is super food from Peru, from the Andes. I don't know about this. It's amazing; It grows super high up, and Peruvians and Incas have been eating it for thousands of years. They call it Peruvian gensing. It is a hormonal regulator for the body, so if you are loaded it brings you high and if you are high it brings you low. So it really works for the individual person's chemistry and it is very good, also for men it helps with endurance and strength. So it's good for men and women and balancing the hormone will balance food cravings too. Does it matter if you are low in estrogen or progesterone? No it doesn't matter. It actually is smart enough that it will work with whatever. Wow! How do you take it? Just one spoonful in a smoothie. That's it, okay. I'm going to buy this. Love it. It goes really well with the chocolate and the almond because it has a slightly smoked sweet flavor. It works with that stuff. You will notice a difference in a couple of days.
