So we've got that. The next step is to kind of pour olive oil all over it. A little more salt, some black pepper and then take some fresh basil and I just cut it over the top. Do you want to try it; try cutting it? Everything you use is Organic? That's correct. Certified organic. Then I usually like to garnish the plate with a sprig of basil. Exactly. The Insalata Caprese.
