How to Do the Fondu Ballet Dancing

Hi! My name is Connie Hale and thanks for joining me here at expertvillage.com. We are going over some beginning classical ballet moves. Now we are going to move on to tendu and fondue. Earlier we learned our tendu's; it's just simple point front. Fondue as you know it in American language is an item that you use chocolate or cheese that is melted and that is exactly what fondue means to melt. We are going to be melting with our feet. We start off with a tendu pointed in a front position and fondue we bring it in but along with that we are going to be bending our supporting leg down. That's the melting. So the front fondue has to bring it in and remelt fondue. Tondue, fondue, tondue, fondue; nice and slow movement. Go to the opposite direction so we can see. We start with tondue, fondue, tondue, fondue. Facing front so that we can see positioning; tondue, fondue and these are open. Tondue and fondue; wonderful workout for the thighs. Same thing is done to the side. Tondue and fondue, tondue and fondue as well as to the back; Tondue, fondue, tondue, fondue and tondue and fondue. Tondue and fondue meaning to melt.
