This is Karen Frazier and I am doing a demonstration for Expert Village. Pure water is very important. The regular public water today has over 500 different chemicals in it to bring it into our home. Unfortunately, these chemicals have a negative affect on the body and so it is very important to drink pure water. Either get a water purifier system in your home, drink spring water or distilled water, which is one of my favorites for detoxification. Limit the intake of white products; white rice, white bread, white sugar, anything that is white. In nature, if you go through a field, you won't see any white things. Everything has color. When they process food such as flour, for instance. When you look at wheat is not white, but when it is taken through the process that the manufacturer takes it through it makes it white because it strips it of all of its nutrients. You want to stay away from white food, because once again, white products do not have any fiber and what white products do is it clogs up your colon. The picture I gave you earlier with the healthy colon and non healthy colon, that little dot in the middle, the little opening of that unhealthy colon, is caused mainly from eating white products. If you think about eating white bread, when you are chewing white bread in the mouth. If you notice the consistency of it, it is almost like glue and it actually goes into the body as that glue substance. The body cannot break it down and it sticks to the wall of the colon causing the colon to be clogged up. So stay away from white products as much as possible.
