Learn How to Practice Waterskiing

Hello my name is Arturo Nelson, we’re here at Aqa Sports in Miami we’re going to learn how to water ski and about the equipment, you can find more information on my webpage www.aqasports.com. A very good tip is to get your rope to something firm on land or on the boat and get in the position that you’ll be skiing behind it. Always your arm should be relaxed, your lower body should be relaxed and your upper body should be tight, try to find your balance position because that will be the way you’ll be skiing behind the boat, try to keep your sight focus on the boat so that will help your balance, don’t pull on your arms that’s one of the mistakes people do when water skiing, they start pulling on the arms or they start getting too tight on their lower body, so relax your legs, relax your arms and your back should be very firm and your back should be focusing on the boat. You can practice this by squatting up and down so you will have a feeling on how it will be behind the boat, the more you practice this the more time you’ll have over the water and not falling and falling.
