Now remember the beautiful organic spring bouquet of lettuce that we bought at the farmers market? Put that in there some fresh avocado which is a good whole food as well and now what I like to do for my family members I give them a little boost of iron and I just take some fresh dandelion leaves this was organic and I slice it up or you can tear it up and I put it in there, because typically dandelion will be bitter but in salad you won’t taste it, so I put a little bit of there and it also helps the liver to detox and remember the seaweed that I made, well I had some left over from that miso soup and I know my little one is not going to like to eat seaweed but if its in a salad she won’t know she’s eating it. And remember the sprouts we talked about, that nice gentleman told us about the benefits of sprouting all the vitamins and enzymes that we’re getting well here’s the fenugreek and the fenugreek has properties that help to purify the blood, so we’ll put some of this fenugreek spouts right in there and my hands are very clean since I’m an organic kind of person I’ll use my hand and wow, mmm all those nice smells and aromas are coming up, I toss my salad and that goes right on the dinner table.
