Hi! Nili Nathan with Expert Village, today we’re doing whole foods. Right before dinner I know my household is very busy people my family members are coming in opening the refrigerator, “mom what’s for dinner?” opening the cub-boards and snacking on all the wrong things before dinner. So I want to give you a good idea to put out so they won’t number one be bothering you in the kitchen and number two you’ll be rest assure that they’re getting something a little bit more nutritious. So I put out some whole multigrain crackers and then I put out a variety of hummus, hummus has garbanzo beans which are a whole food and sesame seeds which are whole food and typically this one has garlic and then roasted red pepper. Then for a beverage I’ll choose an apple juice that’s 100% freshly pressed and that makes a nice little appetizer to put out before the mad dinner rush.
