Banana Flavored Ice Cream Recipe

I'm going to show you how easy it to make an ice cream with natural ingredients. As you know, when you buy ice cream at the grocery store, it's filled with preservatives and additives and different things. And antifreeze, I'm kidding. So when you make at home, you have more control of the ingredients. Exactly. So I'm going to make it with some coconut milk, but if you don't want coconut milk you can always use unsweetened soy milk, a bowl of ice. What I've done is I've taken a banana, I've peeled it obviously, and i wrapped it in some wax paper. Then you just put it in the freezer over night and it'll freeze. For the sweetener, I'm going to use a little bit of agave, but you can use the honey water that Lisa showed us how to make. That's good too if you can't find agave. Stick around because I'm going to be blending it up next.
