So Nili’s just going to pop in about half a banana we don’t need much bananas what helps make it like thicken up the shape of it and you don’t want to have too to many bananas cause bananas are high in the glycemic scale and we all know what high glycemic scale fruits and vegetables can do and all that and they raise your sugars. That’s going to be extra sweet she put a little bit of extra honey water in there she’s got a sweet tooth, alright put it in my vita mix here we start off on low…okay that’s good, I really like using frozen mangos too because it instantly cools the shake too cause most of our other ingredients are kind of room temperature so that makes it all but more refreshing. That’s very frosty here you go my dear, oh there we go, mmm this looks great, extra yummy, cheers to your health.
