Adding the Toppings to Cheesy Pizza Toast

Okay well we just finished grilling up our vegetables in a little bit of olive oil so they’re nicely put together, we’ll go ahead and stick those in the quezinart Nili if you can put that in there. Sure, cheat again and chop them up pretty small like we did last time so we can sneak them like I said back into the meal so the kids don’t really know what’s going on, we want to sneak the nutrition in. Just like that much? Yeah that’s perfect actually that’s enough anything more than that like I said is going to turn into too much of puray or too soupy it’s just going to make everything kind of soggy and messy and it’s not going to be enjoyable for anybody. Do you want me to mix it there? Don’t mix it with the liquid go ahead and mix it with the marinara sauce separately, so we go ahead put that and mix that together, while Nili’s doing that I’m going to go ahead and take out our toast cause I know they’re probably pretty ready right now. And you know what I like about this dish is that you’re using whole wheat bread because so much of this pizza is white flour, exactly because when you go out a lot of times it’s going to be that white flour, it’s going to go right into your system, it’s going to raise your sugars like nobody’s business so virtually like if you ate candy. I know it’s like taking teaspoons of sugar eating that white flour, exactly nothing stopping it, nothing slowing it down, this looks good Lisa, so we mix that together we put that on top of the toast, alrighty should I spread it, yeah just spread it out a little bit okay alright. And what do we do next? After she does that we’ll top it with some cheese, stick it back in the oven of course about 325, 350 and it only takes about maybe 5, 10 minutes as soon as the cheese is melted we’re good, we’re golden.
