Wrap the Enchiladas

Hi! Nili Nathan and Lisa LaBar with Expert Village. So we’ve just ground this up, yeah we went ahead and just finely chopped up the vegetables for enchiladas, we’re going to combine that with the meat, okay we’ll take that just go ahead and combine that with the meat, mix it all up so they can’t really tell the difference between the meat and the vegetables which is really important, especially for that icky factor. That’s true I have a four year old, they complain yeah exactly and as you can see it’s all nice and mixed together and that’s really important cause like I said kids do have that ick factor and if they even can tell that there’s vegetables in there you know they kind of freak out. Should I get the corn tortillas? Yeah we’ll go ahead and get the corn tortillas, mix stuff we’ll bring this over there, we’re just going to put a little bit in each corn tortilla, roll it up nice and easy, do you want to get a spoon too? Sure, you don’t need to put too much cause these little corn tortillas are actually quiet small of course but these are great and they’re nice and nutritious, they’re sprouted corn tortillas which make them even better for all of us actually to eat, it’s much healthier exactly. Alright now what do we do put it in here? Put it in there and make sure the seam is down, okay alrighty so next what we’ll be doing, we go ahead and just fill those up as much as we can in there, we’ll go ahead and pour some enchilada sauce on top and stick it in the oven.
