Mixing Tofu & Chocolate to Make Vegan Chocolate Mousse
She has melted the chocolate and now we are going to put in the food processor. Right. Melt it to its nice and smooth and then actually before I put the chocolate in I'm going to put in 2 boxes 12.3 ounces each of organic firm tofu. These come in little excepted boxes they do not need refrigeration, they are wonderful to work with and also a table spoon of pure vanilla extract. Again especially when I'm doing sweet things I like to use the alcohol free I just don't like that little alcohol taste that sometimes is in the extract. I got my 12 ounces of melted shiny, delicious chocolate. Again this is a non diary chocolate and you could use as good as a quality chocolate as you want for this receipt I always feel the darker the better. Darker. Right I just think its richer and more delicious. Well dark chocolate has more tri-oxins. That's right. So we could justified eating our chocolate. That's right. So I got this all in my food processor. Real simple put the lid on, turn it on, of course you have to scrap the side down you know once in while but which I'm doing. And that's it there you have it.
